Payment Terms

  1. Manual Payment Process:

    • Payments for membership or services on "The Bichola" are currently processed manually through UPI (Unified Payments Interface).

    • Users must transfer the payment to the provided UPI ID and submit proof of payment, including transaction details, to the website.

  2. Approval of Access:

    • After the payment is made, the website moderator will review the payment details provided by the user.

    • Access to the membership or services will be granted only after the payment has been verified and approved by the moderator.

  3. Payment Confirmation:

    • Users will receive a confirmation email or notification once the payment is verified and access is granted.

    • If there are any issues with the payment verification, the user will be contacted by the website moderator for further clarification.

  4. Refund Policy:

    • Payments are non-refundable once access has been granted.

    • Exceptions may be made in cases of duplicate payments or other errors, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  5. Currency:

    • All payments must be made in INR (Indian Rupees).

  6. Disputes:

    • Any disputes related to payment should be addressed by contacting our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

    • Any inappropriate/unauthorized contact attempts to any profile on the platform will be dealt with utmost strictness and subscription shall be revoked without warning. 

    • Additionally, repeatedly contacting, calling, or texting a person in a manner that is deemed intrusive, harassing, or irritating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the subscription.

    • Any misuse of personal information obtained through the platform, such as sharing it with third parties, spamming, or attempting fraudulent activities, will also lead to severe consequences, including but not limited to blackisting and legal consequences.

    • If a member is found to steal and export biodatas to another portal/group/website/anywhere else, the membership will be suspended immediately and no refund or explaination will be provided by moderator.

    • "The Bichola" reserves the right to resolve disputes at its sole discretion.

Privacy Policy

  1. Personal Information:

    • "The Bichola" collects personal information from users, including but not limited to name, email address, phone number, and other relevant details necessary for creating and maintaining a profile on the platform.

    • By using the website, users consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

    • ​The Bichola does not claim ownership of biodatas or the information and is not responsible for the accuracy or authenticity of the data.

    • ​The biodatas shared on The Bichola are uploaded either by relatives or other third parties, or collected from publicly available sources. Our platform simply serves as a space to share this information for convenience.

  2. Use of Information:

    • Personal information collected will be used to provide, maintain, and improve the services offered by "The Bichola."

    • Information may be used to communicate with users, process payments, provide customer support, and send updates or promotional material.

    • Biodatas collected through website or through other means shared with the moderator will be at the discretion of the moderator to display/bring down from the website, to maintain sanctity/quality of profiles on the platform.

  3. Data Security:

    • "The Bichola" employs industry-standard security measures through wix.com to protect the personal information of users. Any unintentional leak through wix are not under the control of moderator.

    • While we strive to protect user data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  4. Data Sharing:

    • "The Bichola" does not share personal information with third parties for matrimonial purposes or through any broker. We strongly condemn any such violation & dicourage it in any way possible.

    • Information may be shared with third parties only when necessary to provide services (e.g., payment processing) or when required by law.

  5. Cookies and Tracking:

    • The website may use cookies and other tracking technologies to enhance the user experience and analyze website traffic.

    • Users can control the use of cookies through their browser settings.

  6. User Rights:

    • Users have the right to access, update, or delete their personal information at any time.
